We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the Firm the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.
1. CANCELLATION BY SITE/CUSTOMER
As a user, you may cancel your order at any time until the order has been
processed from the Firm after being placed. In such a case we will refund
payments, if any, already made by you under the relevant order. Any return or
refund is as per the return and refund policy of that particular vendor.
We at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
a. if it suspects a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
b. if it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in
accordance with the Terms of Use, or
c. in case of unavailability of a product, or
d. for any reason outside the control of the us including causes for delivery
related logistical difficulties.
Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications
and pricing, the details of a product as reflected on the Site may be inaccurate
due to technical issues, typographical errors and in such an event you shall be
notified as soon as such error comes to our notice In such event, the we reserves
the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by
you towards purchase of such products.
We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying
users, and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any
orders placed by them in future.
2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
No refunds are entertained at any cost. In case a mistake or error has occurred
from our part, we shall replace the product with a similar product. In case of any
complaint about the product you must raise a complaint with us at
info@thukil.com within seven (7) days from the day the product was delivered
along with the pictures of the destroyed warranty booklet. We do not entertain
exchanges.
3. SHIPPING
The shipping charges would be mentioned at the time of billing and the shipping
shall be done by a third party. An estimated delivery time is displayed on in Your
profile. Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations. You will receive an
email with the tracking number as soon as the products are shipped. Orders are
dispatched within 7 working days. Delivery shall be based on the type of product
that is being purchased. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as
mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Products are not shipped on
Sundays and pubic holidays.
Users are requested to enter the correct billing address and contact information
as it appears on Your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go
through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or
credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further
verification by our customer experience team. Make sure to also enter the
correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Zip Code) as
we are not liable for products that are sent to the wrong address when the
address information is not entered correctly.
